Open the mp3 file with odacity  

Set the audio channel to "D" (Right) and increase the Gain value.

Now try to play the audio file, you will hear morse code beeps, if we try to decode the morse code we will get a garbage string.

Try to invert the sequence by applying the invert effect. from "Effect" menu.

Write down the morse code and copy it to favourite morse code decoder :
